Fiddlers Coffee
About This Spot
Stepping into Fiddlers Coffee is like entering a quietly cherished nook in the heart of Centralia. There’s a tangible sense of care woven through every corner of this coffee shop—clean, warm, and unhurried, it invites visitors to linger a little longer, whether they’re here for a quick pick-me-up or a slow morning moment. The walls, adorned with images of loggers and woodwork, tell a subtle story of the town’s roots, grounding the space in local history without ever feeling heavy.
The pace here moves gently, a welcome contrast to the rush outside. Smiles and greetings flow as easily as the coffee itself, making it a spot that feels less like a commercial stop and more like a shared ritual. The friendly exchanges between baristas and patrons, combined with the careful presentation of each drink, create an atmosphere of thoughtful hospitality. It’s the kind of spot where the focus is on the quality of the experience—freshly brewed coffee with just the right amount of foam, pastries that carry the warmth of a neighborhood bakery, and cozy seating that encourages comfort over hurried departure.
Fiddlers Coffee’s offerings hint at this measured attention: rich espresso shots layered beneath lightly frothed cream, seasonal delights like pumpkin pie lattes, and baked treats that invite quiet indulgence. It’s clear the owner’s touch is in the details, from the spotless setting to the aromas that gently fill the air. Whether you’re savoring a classic almond croissant or enjoying a thoughtfully crafted blended drink, there’s an honest, grounding quality to every sip and bite here.
More than just a place to grab coffee, Fiddlers feels like a small community gathering spot. The welcoming nature extends beyond the staff, with a sense of shared respect among visitors, making each visit feel human and connected. For those passing through or locals looking for a moment of stillness paired with a great cup of coffee, this is a place where the everyday act of enjoying a drink turns quietly special.

So far the best coffee place I have been to! Things I noticed in the few times I have come in; extremely clean, toilets are very clean, the entire inside is just CLEAN! You don’t see this in many businesses. My guess is the owner cares for the customers. Extremely cozy experience! With all the pictures of loggers inside, I can only make an educated guess fiddlers was built by a logger or the wood provided by a logger. I see pictures of violins and many awards. This brings me to believe the family that owns this AWESOME establishment, educated their children to play the violin! I was surprised to see the restroom hand wash was of a good brand as well. Normally establishments use the cheapest soap. All in all I give it a 10 out of 10! Sitting by the fireplace felt so cozy! Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling by! AND, I forgot to mention the most important specialty of this business, apart from its awesomeness all around, the coffee is just the best! My favorite has been the cappuccino! Just the right amount of flavor! Haven’t found any other place better.

Best coffee in centralia hands down. Good espresso shots. Drinks are made fast. Fresh pastries are awesome and my daughter loves the occasional breakfast sandwich

Such a cute coffee house. Great service. Everyone was friendly even the customers. My only issue is there is no handicap door access. The installation of a button would help your guests access the facility. A very nice man in a wheelchair was waiting for someone to walk in so he could go out. I noticed and opened the door for him. I will be back again and again on my visits to Centralia.

The coffee is good here, I never miss an opportunity to stop when they are open. They had a fabulous local floral bouquet of flowers selection. I did not have any food.

Good coffee, great service, cute shop, annoyingly loud music. Update 1 year later: Upped my rating to five stars! The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful here. The coffee is awesome and the employees are very down-to-earth and helpful. They do a great job of whipping out mass orders of coffees at supersonic speed, all the while maintaining positive and friendly attitudes. There is plenty of seating and a warm fireplace to kick back and relax by.

I have lived here in town for five years and this is only the second time I've tried this place. I guess I'm too often in a hurry and end up driving by instead of treating myself to a good cup of coffee. My loss. I highly recommend this place and will suggest it to all my friends as they travel up and down I-5 between Seattle and Portland as well as make it a more common meeting place for my friends and I here in town.
